If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from this site simply return your purchase within 7 days for a full refund. Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods. Sorry but no returns on specially ordered items.
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a "no charge" replacement, freight free. You will need to first return the damaged product to us for assessment.

SHIPPING
Shipping will be via Australia Post Express Post satchels. All care is taken to wrap semi fragile items. We find it easier this way as all items are trackable and get to you in the shortest possible time. When dimensions exceed satchel size, or the items are too fragile to go in the satchel, items will be packaged in boxes and sent registered post. For very large items or large wholesale orders, courier may be used. Please contact us for more details.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WELCOME!
If ordering through the website, International orders will incur and extra $10au postage, however, this charge will not show in checkout. A money request via Paypal will be send to the purchaser, and goods will not be sent until money request has been paid.
International shipping rates are currently under construction, so the Paypal method is not permanent. Sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.
